By the end of July, the company had paid a total of over 15,600 billion VND in benefits to over 1.5 million customers.
AIA Vietnam maintains a secure financial foundation with a solvency margin of 191%. As of 30/6, the company's total assets reached 71,523 billion VND, a 6% increase compared to the beginning of the year. A company representative stated these factors are key to ensuring the company's ability to meet its commitments to customers, both now and in the future.
To enhance the customer experience, in July 2024, the company launched the AIA health insurance service, focusing on claims management and proactive customer care. In just over a year, the company has partnered with over 470 hospitals and clinics to provide direct billing services, ensuring customers receive prompt support. As of the end of July, AIA Vietnam serves over 1.6 million customers and has a network of nearly 200 offices nationwide.

Currently, 80% of claims are processed within 24 hours, 92% within two days, and 94.5% within 5 days, with only a small number taking longer due to the need for additional documents or assessments.
