Chenglong trucks make their mark in Vietnam's logistics industry

Over 40,000 Chenglong trucks operate nationwide, forming part of the fleets of numerous major logistics enterprises, according to the official distributor in Vietnam.

A representative from Hai Au Automobile Investment Joint Stock Company, the official importer and distributor of Chenglong trucks, stated that the company has sold over 40,000 vehicles in the Vietnamese market and operates a network of over 22 authorized service centers and stations. The company representative added, "Chenglong is becoming one of the widely chosen truck brands for transportation and logistics operations in Vietnam."

The company believes the growth of e-commerce, supply chains, and inter-regional transport places increasing demands on transport vehicles, such as: carrying capacity, operational efficiency, running costs, and continuous availability. By meeting these criteria, Chenglong has seen over 40,000 vehicles on the road in Vietnam after 15 years. Its fleet includes urban distribution trucks, heavy-duty long-haul trucks, and container tractors at seaports and logistics hubs, integrating into various links of the supply chain.

The Hai Au Automobile representative noted, "Many companies, such as: J&T Express, Viettel Logistics, A Soc Logistics, Best Express, Chefuwang, and Pacdoo Logistics, along with thousands of other transport businesses and individual truck owners, have chosen Chenglong for their operations."

One key advantage of Chenglong is its diverse product portfolio, which meets various transport needs. Through the official distributor Hai Au, businesses can choose from medium-duty trucks (5-15 tons), heavy-duty trucks (15-22 tons), dump trucks, specialized vehicles, and tractor units with 270-470 horsepower. This extensive product range allows businesses flexibility in selection, matching specific goods, transport routes, and operational models, from e-commerce delivery and warehouse logistics to long-haul container transport.

According to the distributor, beyond durable operation, fuel efficiency is a primary reason many businesses highly value Chenglong, especially as the transport industry increasingly prioritizes cost optimization.

In after-sales service, Hai Au maintains a nationwide network of over 22 service centers and stations, with plans to expand into key areas to meet market demand. This system provides maintenance, repair services, genuine spare parts, technical support, and roadside assistance, helping businesses reduce vehicle downtime and ensure continuous transport operations.

A Hai Au representative stated, "As logistics increasingly becomes a critical infrastructure sector for the economy, the role of transport vehicles has evolved from mere tools of conveyance to integral components of a business's competitive edge." The representative concluded, "With over 40,000 vehicles in operation, a diverse product range, and an increasingly comprehensive service network, Chenglong is steadily making its mark in Vietnam's logistics industry, accompanying businesses on their journey toward operational optimization and sustainable development."
