According to a company representative, under the revised Telecommunications Law and Decree No. 133/2025/ND-CP, advertising and media companies must register for telecommunications services when providing technology platforms with data connections. International research organizations have also offered positive assessments. Kantar Media stated that the 4G procedures enhance transparency and data reliability in advertising monitoring. The Managing Director of NIQ emphasized that Chicilon has set a verifiable transparency standard for the industry, supporting brands in making informed budget allocations and protecting client interests.
Partner companies have also expressed their recognition. Nguyen Anh Linh, CEO of Volvo Cars Vietnam, commended Chicilon Media for demonstrating outstanding capabilities in legal compliance, digital transformation, and client value optimization, creating a replicable model for the industry.
