FWD's new office is located on the 7th, 10th, and 11th floors of Sky Gate building at 36-38 Nguyen Van Troi Street, Cau Kieu Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, situated between the city center and Tan Son Nhat Airport. All business operations and customer service previously handled at the CIENCO building on Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street have been relocated to this new location.

The 10th floor is dedicated to a welcoming customer service area designed to create a comfortable atmosphere. In addition to the common area, private rooms are available for VIP clients to ensure privacy and professionalism. Beyond the physical space, FWD also leverages digital technology to offer customers faster and more convenient experiences.
