The e-commerce platform Lucky Shop launched in Vietnam on 5/9. The platform positions itself as a "community-centric" shopping platform where every transaction benefits both buyers and sellers.
Instead of individual purchases at fixed prices, users can join group-buying initiatives and invite friends and colleagues to participate. When a group reaches the required number of participants, the system automatically processes the order at the lowest possible price.
Beyond shopping, Lucky Shop integrates product sharing features, allowing users to invite friends and earn commissions. This transforms customers into "zero-capital sellers," opening up business opportunities for students, stay-at-home parents, office workers – anyone with a smartphone. Even without purchasing a product, users can still receive a 1% to 3% cashback on the order value. "This cashback represents Lucky Shop's profit-sharing with the community, instead of spending on advertising," a platform representative stated.

The platform offers a wide range of product categories, from fast-moving consumer goods, fashion, and cosmetics to household appliances, allowing users to find everything they need within a single app. Users can pay through various methods (bank transfers, e-wallets, credit cards, etc.) and benefit from home delivery and a transparent return policy.
For consumers, Lucky Shop offers a smart way to shop, buy cheaper, receive cashback, and fosters a sense of community.
For sellers, the platform provides access to new customers with lower marketing costs compared to traditional e-commerce platforms. Each user becomes a natural promotional channel, helping products spread through word-of-mouth marketing.
According to company statistics, in the first few days after launch, the platform averaged over 1,000 group-buying orders per day. The company is committed to product quality and protecting buyers' rights with a flexible return policy and internationally standardized customer information security.
Lucky Shop aims to serve one million Vietnamese households by 2028, with at least 30% of users becoming "active sharers." The company also plans to expand into other Southeast Asian countries, bringing the group-buying model to the region.

To realize this vision, Lucky Shop is investing in logistics to optimize packaging and delivery, partnering with reputable shipping providers, developing AI-powered product recommendations, automating order processing, and integrating livestream selling. Concurrently, the company is providing training in sales skills and group management, creating a consumer social network where everyone is both a customer and a brand ambassador.
A Lucky Shop representative shared, "We want every user to feel they benefit from every transaction. Buying means saving, and sharing means value. This is not just a shopping platform but a community where people create mutual benefits."
In a context of tightening spending, consumers are increasingly seeking smart shopping solutions – saving money while ensuring quality. Lucky Shop is expected to create a "group-buying revolution" in Vietnam: the more people participate, the lower the prices, benefiting everyone.
