According to supplementary documents for the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, Noi Bai Cargo Services Joint Stock Company (NCT) plans to handle 431,000 tons of cargo, a 2,2% increase from the previous year. Revenue is projected to reach 1,315 billion VND, up 4,1%. Pre-tax and after-tax profits are expected to hit nearly 527 billion VND and nearly 428 billion VND respectively, both showing a 10% increase.
The company stated its focus on maintaining market share, expanding revenue streams, and controlling costs to achieve its business plan. Based on these efforts, NCT plans to pay an 80% cash dividend for 2025 and increase it to 100% for 2026.
NCT currently holds a 57% market share in cargo handling services at Noi Bai International Airport. It is also a strategic partner to more than 30 domestic and international airlines.
In parallel with its cargo operations at Noi Bai, NCT continues to seek investment opportunities in newly established or equitized enterprises in the Noi Bai, Bac Ninh, and neighboring areas. These ventures aim to complement its core business, enhance competitiveness, and expand its logistics service chain.

One notable strategic direction is that the company will explore the possibility of participating in projects related to Gia Binh International Airport (Bac Ninh). The company considers this a key aviation infrastructure project in the North, expected to alleviate congestion at Noi Bai Airport, while also promoting logistics development and connectivity with industrial hubs in the region.
To capitalize on growth opportunities, NCT plans to invest nearly 152 billion VND in infrastructure and equipment, with disbursements of approximately 73,3 billion VND this year. The categories include: electric forklifts, electric tuggers, a truckdock system, cargo transport vehicles, and information technology projects for operational management.
