Tasco and VETC launch loyalty program

Tasco Joint Stock Company and VETC Digital Limited Liability Company have introduced the VETC Loyalty program for car owners in Vietnam, with benefits worth up to 40 billion VND.

On 10/9, Tasco and VETC Digital announced the VETC Loyalty program. Designed specifically for car owners, the program is part of Tasco's "One Tasco" strategy to build a smart transportation and automotive service ecosystem in Vietnam.

Owners of Volvo, Geely, or Lynk&Co vehicles purchased before 25/8 will receive 1 million reward points in their VETC accounts. From 26/8 onward, those who purchase cars from Tasco's affiliated showrooms will also receive 1 million reward points. Customers using maintenance, repair, or parts replacement services at these showrooms will earn reward points equivalent to 1% of the pre-VAT invoice value. Each point is worth 1 VND and can be used to pay for certain VETC and Tasco services nationwide.

The VETC Loyalty program has 4 membership tiers based on spending and service usage. Participants who register and verify their transportation accounts will become Silver members. Those spending 50 million VND annually will achieve Gold status. Platinum status is awarded to those who spend 500 million VND annually or own a Volvo, Geely, or Lynk&Co vehicle. The highest tier, Diamond, is reserved for those with annual spending of 1 billion VND or more. Tasco calculates these spending thresholds based on pre-VAT invoice values, and all accumulated points are recorded in the VETC app.

A Tasco representative stated that VETC Loyalty is intended to be a central platform connecting Tasco's entire service ecosystem. The company currently distributes 16 new car brands, operates the used car platform Carpla, offers motor vehicle insurance, electronic toll collection, eParking, and various other ETC technology applications.

"All of these services will be integrated into a single program, helping users maximize benefits from transactions and expand their car ownership and usage experience," the Tasco representative said.
