TPBank has introduced Biz Expense on its TPBank Biz platform, a new feature designed to streamline corporate expense management. This solution directly addresses challenges posed by Government Decree 320, which mandates that expenses of 5 million VND or more must be paid cashless to qualify for tax deductions. Traditional reimbursement processes often prove inefficient and cumbersome in meeting these regulations.
Biz Expense aims to simplify the management of business travel and field expenses. It supports control over cash flow, documentation, and payment workflows, particularly for transactions involving mobile personnel or those working remotely. This is crucial for businesses with employees frequently incurring expenses outside the office.
With Biz Expense, businesses can set spending limits and authorization scopes just once. This allows employees to make direct payments from the corporate account within their allocated limits. According to TPBank, this system helps companies maintain strict control over their cash flow and effortlessly meet cashless payment regulations.

TTM Travel Company, which operates over 80 inter-provincial tourist vehicles, previously faced significant delays in reconciling reimbursement documents. Expenses settled by drivers using personal accounts also complicated tax finalization procedures.
After implementing Biz Expense on TPBank Biz, TTM Travel Company assigned direct spending limits to each driver. Payments are now processed from the corporate account to suppliers directly via the application, satisfying payment document requirements and reducing the accounting department's workload.
"We have observed a noticeable acceleration in our processes, making document reconciliation and tax finalization much smoother," said Tran Minh Tuan, Executive Director of TTM Travel Company. "Furthermore, the company no longer needs to issue cards to individual drivers, which has led to significant savings in operating costs."
TPBank notes that Biz Expense is ideal for businesses with mobile workforces, such as those in transportation, logistics, tourism, retail, and field services. These sectors often have continuous payment needs that still require centralized cash flow control.
A representative from the Digital Banking Center, Corporate Customers Division of TPBank, explained that Biz Expense was developed to simplify spending while ensuring businesses retain control. Beyond setting online limits and authorization scopes, the system incorporates Smart OTP, biometric authentication, and real-time transaction tracking. These features empower business owners and accounting teams to monitor, review, and manage all expenditures effectively.
"Businesses require more than just a new payment method; they need a tool that balances operational flexibility with risk control," the TPBank representative added. "Biz Expense was developed to achieve this, making every expense transparent and easier to manage."

All transactions are automatically recorded, ensuring compliance with the cashless payment mandates of Government Decree 320.
