VietinBank receives two awards from International Finance Awards

VietinBank was awarded "Best Corporate Bank - Vietnam" and "Best Digital Platform for Merchants - Vietnam" by International Finance magazine.

For the second consecutive year, VietinBank has received the "Best Corporate Bank - Vietnam" award. The awarding body recognized the bank for its consistent capital provision to key economic sectors. Additionally, VietinBank improved its operational processes, which led to shorter processing times and enhanced transparency. This blend of financial strength and digitalization initiatives enables businesses to access capital faster and more efficiently.

The bank was also commended for developing digital platforms that adopt a "one-stop-service" approach. This allows businesses to centrally manage activities like cash flow and operations within a single system. Such an approach reduces costs, optimizes processes, and helps businesses improve operational efficiency during their digital transformation journey.

In the "Best Digital Platform for Merchants - Vietnam" category, VietinBank earned recognition for successfully developing the VietinBank Merchant Platform.

This platform is highly regarded for its ability to integrate multiple payment channels, including POS, QR, and e-commerce. This consolidation helps businesses manage their operations centrally rather than disjointedly. The solution also provides real-time transaction data via a dashboard, assisting managers in timely monitoring and decision-making.

Furthermore, the entire process, from registration and application processing to daily operations, is conducted online. This is combined with features like e-invoices, digital signatures, and transaction notification speakers, which collectively reduce manual tasks and improve control efficiency.

A VietinBank representative stated that this initiative is part of their digital transformation efforts, aiming to help businesses optimize cash flow management as cashless payments increase. The platform seeks to support businesses in controlling cash flow and operating more efficiently, gradually fostering a centralized management model. This, in turn, enhances operational effectiveness and adaptability to digitalization trends.

VietinBank is shifting from its traditional role as a financial service provider to partnering with businesses through integrated solutions. Being honored in both categories highlights this transition from conventional lending to developing platforms that empower businesses to manage cash flow and optimize operations. These digital solutions are designed to simplify processes, increase control, and enhance operational efficiency.

The bank announced its continued investment in technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, and cloud computing to refine its service ecosystem. This investment will also personalize experiences and standardize processes according to international practices. The goal is to create a transparent and efficient digital economy, delivering sustainable prosperity to customers, shareholders, and the community.

International Finance is a UK-based financial magazine. It hosts the annual International Finance Banking Awards, which celebrate financial institutions, banks, and businesses for their outstanding achievements, innovation, and positive contributions to the global financial market.

Businesses interested in VietinBank's financial solutions and services can contact branches or transaction offices nationwide, or use the dedicated corporate client hotline at 1900 558 886 for detailed consultation and support.
