According to the organizers, winning applications are evaluated based on independent data, including metrics such as: downloads, monthly active users, growth rate, revenue, and user engagement. A representative from the organizing committee stated, "Xanh SM was recognized for its breakthrough momentum, demonstrating continuous and stable growth over time to achieve regional recognition."

Xanh SM achieved a monthly user growth rate of 114,4% compared to last year, simultaneously leading in downloads among electric ride-hailing platforms in the region. Currently, the platform operates in Vietnam, Laos, Indonesia, and the Philippines.

A representative from GSM, the operating unit of the Xanh SM platform, stated, "Xanh SM believes that growth is only sustainable when accompanied by the ability to maintain consistent service quality across all markets. Expanding the electric vehicle fleet while ensuring a uniform user experience is a continuous priority in our development process." This commitment to stability, as described by the company, aims to deliver value to both users and the community of operating drivers on the platform.

Nguyen Van Thanh, Global General Director of GSM, said that recognition through independent data systems confirms Xanh SM's pure-electric mobility model is on the right track. Thanh emphasized, "The trust of users in the markets where we operate is crucial. This trust motivates us to continue refining our pure-electric mobility model, ensuring stable operations, systematic technology application, and long-term sustainable development."

Previously, Xanh SM was honored at the Tech Awards 2025, organized by VnExpress, receiving the titles of "Outstanding Ride-Hailing Application" and "Vietnamese Technology Brand of the Year". Subsequently, the platform received the CXP Best Customer Experience Award, recognizing its implementation capabilities and consistently maintained operational standards across its entire system.
