In the film "Mom, Come Home", Lee Yi Kyung portrays Huy Hoang, an orphan abandoned in Korea over 20 years ago. After the death of his Vietnamese adoptive mother, he grapples with questions about his origins.
While preparing to bring his mother's ashes back to her homeland, he unexpectedly rescues Diem My (Hoang Yen Chibi), a Vietnamese singer struggling to make a living abroad. As they confront challenges caused by gangster Park Ha (Choi Daniel), they gradually find comfort in each other.

The film is directed by Yun Byung Ki and Ahn Chul Ho, the producer of "A Wish in Prison 2037". Choi Yun Man, known for his work on the TV series "When Life Gives You Tangerines", serves as director of photography. The script explores the lives of young immigrants in modern society. They are busy making a living yet often feel empty and lost, striving to find inner peace before learning to accept themselves.
Lee Yi Kyung, 37, is a South Korean actor. He has a background in musical theater and has released several music videos and singles. His acting career began in 2011 with "Heartstrings", alongside Jung Yong Hwa and Park Shin Hye. He gained wider recognition for his role as a delinquent student in the 2013 school drama "School 2013".

Hoang Yen Chibi, 31, whose birth name is Nguyen Hoang Yen, was born in Hanoi. Her role as Hieu Phuong in the film "Go-Go Sisters" earned her the Best Actress award at the 2018 Golden Kite Awards and Best Lead Actress at the 2019 Vietnam Film Festival. In music, she has released several projects like "Ngay Ngo", "No Boyfriend", "Canh Hoa Ton Thuong", and "Yeu Tham", attracting tens of millions of views on YouTube.
