He served as the representative director, while his parents were listed as CEO and accountant. Reports claim Kim Seon Ho paid his family thousands of USD in monthly salaries and used company credit cards and vehicles for personal use.
Korean media speculates this arrangement aimed to inflate business expenses for deductions, thereby reducing the company's income tax. Using company cards for personal reasons is considered embezzlement and abuse of power. The fact that the company's registered address matches Kim Seon Ho's residence has fueled suspicions of it being a "shell company."

EToday highlighted similarities between Kim Seon Ho's actions and those of Cha Eun Woo, who recently faced a tax evasion scandal involving over 13 million USD. Both actors are managed by Fantagio. Cha Eun Woo has since apologized and pledged cooperation with authorities.

More recently, he featured in the series "When Life Gives You Tangerines." Beyond acting, he has also worked as an MC and appeared on the reality show "2 Days & 1 Night."
