Ha Kino's 108 m2 townhouse

Bisexual model Ha Kino's modern living space features a black and white color scheme, complemented by a green garden.

Ha Kino purchased the house in the former District 2 in September, spending two months renovating it before moving in on 11/2025. She celebrated the recent Binh Ngo Lunar New Year in her new home, marking her first Tet there. Previously, she lived in an apartment for many years, which she sold to move into a townhouse for a more comfortable living space.

Ha Kino redesigned the entire two-story house in a minimalist style, reflecting her personal taste. The gate, floors, walls, and ceilings were all replaced.

The living areas feature three main colors: black, white, and gray. According to Ha Kino, these elegant colors, combined with simple furnishings, create a modern aesthetic.

Initially, she did not plan extensive renovations due to potential cost overruns. However, after consulting with her architect, the model decided to invest an additional sum.

A skylight above the staircase provides natural light and regulates air circulation throughout the house.

The model dedicated significant time to designing the kitchen to indulge her passion for cooking. She selected a refrigerator, shelves, sink, and microwave that matched the overall color scheme.

Outside the bedroom is a balcony filled with greenery. Ha Kino personally bought soil and fertilizer, meticulously tending to her small garden. Each morning, she brews her own coffee and reads there.

She welcomed her mother to her new home for the New Year. "After each workday, returning to this house, I feel recharged and always at peace," the model shared.

Ha Kino, 34 years old, whose real name is Do Thu Ha, is originally from Hanoi. She gained recognition through Vietnam's Next Top Model 2012, standing 1.79 m tall. For many years, she has been a familiar face on numerous runways. In 2023, Ha Kino participated in the show Chi Dep Dap Gio Re Song but was eliminated early.

In 2024, Ha Kino garnered attention at Miss Universe Vietnam, where she publicly came out as bisexual for the first time. She is currently happy in a relationship but has not publicly revealed her partner.
