The actress and her husband finalized their divorce at the Orange County Court, California, in 7/2025, following a two-year separation.

"I decided to separate after prolonged difficulties, and I have now moved past a challenging period in my marriage. Instead of unnecessary drama, we chose to remain friends and co-parent our daughter," she stated.

According to Kim Hien, both now lead separate lives. "As I've matured, I view things with more ease. I am always happy to see my daughter's father find happiness," she added.

During a challenging time in her personal life, Kim Hien found emotional support from her aunt, whom she considers a second mother. Daily morning phone calls with her aunt provided her with renewed energy. Her family ties and responsibility towards her two young children motivated her to make changes and build a secure future for them.

Stepping away from showbiz, the actress transitioned into business and investment in the US. "For nearly two years, stock market trading has become a primary source of income and confidence for me. I've been able to purchase a house and a car, achieving financial stability," she revealed. She also maintains a personal YouTube channel, where she shares her lifestyle, daily experiences, and charitable endeavors.

Kim Hien gained fame through films like Doc Tinh, Huong Phu Sa, Mui Ngo Gai, and Thien Menh Anh Hung. Following her first marriage, she remarried in 2014 and subsequently moved to the US, where she has resided since. Her son, Sonic, is 20 this year.
