Actress Bao Truc has found peace and healing in her new relationship with German businessman Mike. The 40-year-old actress, who became a single mother in Germany after her marriage ended, introduced her new partner to her family during her first visit back to Vietnam in 12/2025.
Bao Truc and Mike, 56, began dating for over two months after meeting at a gym in Germany. "He is thoughtful and loves children," Bao Truc shared, adding, "After getting to know him, I decided to choose him as my anchor."

The couple found common ground in their thoughts, sharing a love for sports and a healthy lifestyle. According to Bao Truc, Mike has never been married but has two sons, 18 and 15 years old. She raises two daughters, 13 and seven years old. "Since I've had a boyfriend, I feel more at peace. Love is healing the broken pieces within me after a failed marriage," she expressed.
One of the happiest aspects for Bao Truc is the support for her relationship from her parents and children. Mike has proposed marriage and expressed a desire to be together for life. However, Bao Truc, having experienced two failed marriages, stated that she is not considering an elaborate wedding, preferring instead to cherish what she has.
Bao Truc's journey to Germany began in 2022 when she moved there with her then-husband and two young children. Two years later, her marriage dissolved, leading her to become a single mother in a foreign country. Her current life in Germany is stable. She is currently studying the language and pursuing a degree with plans to open a spa soon. For the past three years living abroad, she has supported her two children with income from renting out a house in TP HCM and her savings.
Born in 1986, Bao Truc hails from Bac Lieu. She is a familiar face on the TP HCM stage and Vietnamese screen. Her film credits include: Nguoi Mau, Cot Moc 23, Lay Chong Som Lam Gi, and Gia Cua Nu Cuoi.
