The Beckham family, including David and Victoria Beckham and their children, made their first public appearance at an event since eldest son Brooklyn's criticisms, attending Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2026 on 26/1. Their presence comes amidst ongoing family tension. During the event, Victoria Beckham was notably awarded the title of Knight of the Order of Arts and Letters by the French Ministry of Culture.
For their outing, the Beckham family coordinated in elegant black attire. Victoria Beckham, the former Spice Girls member, wore a form-fitting, high-slit dress. David Beckham chose a suit with a tie. Harper opted for a minimalist silk dress. Cruz and Romeo were accompanied by their girlfriends, Jackie Apostel and Kim Turnbull, respectively.

The Knight of the Order of Arts and Letters award recognizes the contributions of artists, writers, and cultural figures to art and literature. Many renowned artists have received this honor, including: actors Zoe Saldaña, Selena Gomez, Jude Law, and George Clooney, as well as director Denis Villeneuve.
The family's appearance follows a period of public silence regarding Brooklyn's accusations made on 19/1. The eldest Beckham son accused his parents of "trying to control" his life, "spreading countless lies to the media", and "sabotaging his and his wife's relationship". He also stated that he does not wish to reconcile with his family, desiring only a peaceful, private life with his wife, actress Nicola Peltz.
Earlier, on 23/1, Romeo walked in Willy Chavarria's Fall/Winter 2026 show in Paris. According to sources from Mirror, Victoria reportedly felt "betrayed" by Brooklyn's remarks. She had, these sources suggest, "done everything possible to make Brooklyn and his wife feel welcome, loving Nicola like her own daughter".
