General Director Cao Trung Hieu announced that inviting Gen Z artists to the concert on 30/5, held at Binh Minh Square in Ninh Binh, marks a success for the festival. He noted that these artists are young, creative figures who hold significant influence among youth.
"We anticipate these artists will bring explosive energy with their large fan bases", Cao Trung Hieu stated.
Additionally, the show will feature rapper Den Vau, and singers Ha Anh Tuan and Vu Cat Tuong. This marks their second performance at the festival, following the inaugural season last year.

Each artist will perform for about 30 minutes, showcasing a series of hits and new arrangements. Many collaborations among the artists will be kept secret until the last minute to create surprises. Music Director Long Nguyen stated that he aims to incorporate sounds of nature into each arrangement to create a distinct flavor for the program.

This year's Forestival carries the theme "Warrior of Dawn", drawing inspiration from archaeological discoveries at Thung Binh one cave. Archaeologists excavated prehistoric human remains, dating back 12,000-12,500 years, with body wounds indicating an ancient warrior. This evidence highlights Trang An not only as a natural and cultural heritage site but also as a "living museum" of human history. Organized for the second time, Forestival 2026 aims to advocate for the preservation and conservation of natural heritage.
Nguyen Cao Tan, Deputy Director of Ninh Binh Department of Tourism, stated that the management agency is determined to make the festival one of the province's strategic activities for cultural and artistic development.
"We aim for an event with complete performances, where the audience and artists can connect and resonate with the musical atmosphere", Mr. Cao Tan said.

The program, organized by the Ninh Binh Department of Tourism in collaboration with other units, was first held in 2025. It attracted 25,000 attendees to the Khe Coc Island stage in Trang An. Alongside the concert, a series of activities took place, including planting 1,000 trees in Cuc Phuong forest. The organizers allocated 500 million VND from ticket sales to contribute to the conservation of the white-rumped langur species.
