During a media interaction after an early screening in TP HCM, the actor shared that his biggest regret is having few memories of his father. His father passed away when Kieu Minh Tuan was young. At that time, he did not fully grasp the loss, only recalling how his mother pulled herself together to raise three children alone. "My memories of my father are too few, so when embodying the role, I could only draw inspiration from observing teachers, colleagues, and friends around me," he stated.
Kieu Minh Tuan dedicated himself to completing the role as a gift to his late father. In the film, he portrays Mr. Thai, a single father who earns a living as a circus performer and struggles to express affection for his son, played by Hao Khang.

Months before filming began, Kieu Minh Tuan reached 85 kg. The director asked him to lose weight and achieve the toned physique of a tightrope artist. The actor went to the gym two times daily, performing exercises with weights and cables, combined with running. Kieu Minh Tuan strictly followed a scientific diet under the supervision of a fitness and health expert. Fortunately, he had a good physical foundation from previous weight training, which helped him adapt to the training regimen.
In addition to gym workouts, he received daily training in circus skills such as tightrope walking, balancing acts, and fire-breathing. He performed all the high-wire scenes at 8-10 m himself, without using stunt doubles or relying on special effects.

"Con Ke Ba Nghe" centers on Mr. Thai and his son, Minh. After his wife died in a circus accident, Mr. Thai raised his son alone. Having suffered much past trauma, Minh became sad and prone to overreacting. Preoccupied with earning money, the father was unaware his child was sinking into depression. Conflicts gradually created an invisible distance between the two, causing their connection to vanish.
Kieu Minh Tuan, 38 years old, from Vung Tau, had his debut role in "Bui Doi Cho Lon". He later gained attention for his role in "Scandal: Hao Quang Tro Lai" (2014). "Em Chua 18" (2017), Kieu Minh Tuan's first leading role on the big screen, was the highest-grossing Vietnamese film of all time, with revenues of 171 billion VND, making him a star. The actor continued to garner attention with films like "Tiec Trang Mau" (2020), grossing 175 billion VND, and "Chia Khoa Tram Ty" (2022), with 68 billion VND. Besides acting in films, he also participates in reality shows, such as "2 Days 1 Night".
The film is the debut work of director Do Quoc Trung, with Tran Thanh Huy (from the film "Rom") serving as creative director. The production also features artists Hong Anh, singer Phuong Thanh, Le Loc, Quoc Khanh, and Mai Cat Vi. It premiered in mid-January.
