Actress Kim Hien first publicly announced her divorce, which occurred in the US in 7/2025, in 1/2026. She explained that for the past three years, she remained silent amidst external scrutiny and speculation, choosing to do so out of respect for her former partner and to allow herself a period of reflection.

The actress acknowledged that emotional setbacks have repeatedly altered her life's trajectory, yet she feels fortunate to have overcome these challenges and learned to stand firm.
"I didn't always have the courage to face an unnamable pain, a void that comfort cannot fill. On some long nights, unable to cry, I constantly asked myself how to continue living without losing myself," Kim Hien stated.
One way she regained balance was by adopting a slower pace of life and being honest with her emotions. "I want to retain gentleness after enduring hurt and believe in the values of family, human connection, and kindness," the actress added.
The actress changed old habits, traveled and observed life more, and filmed vlogs sharing everyday feelings, delicious food, and beautiful scenery with her audience. She stated that she keeps herself busy, exploring business ventures and investments to build personal finances.

She gained fame through films such as "Doc Tinh", "Huong Phu Sa", "Mui Ngo Gai", and "Thien Menh Anh Hung". In 2010, she ended her first marriage to a DJ. Four years later, she married Andy Le, then moved to the US, where she has resided ever since.
The actress believes that while life changes and relationships take different turns, the core values of human connection endure. A marriage may end, but respect, civilized conduct, and love for children must be fully preserved.
For Kim Hien, while the form of a family may change, the foundation of love and compassion does not crumble. The way adults choose to treat each other today serves as a quiet, lasting lesson for children on how to love and respect others later in life. When adults stop at the right time and view each other with understanding, children can still grow up in an emotionally secure environment.
"For me, my recent marriage is enough to close an old chapter; I hope to embark on a new journey in peace," she said.
