Designer Do Long stated that the outfit was created with a rebellious, classically alluring spirit. According to him, the trend of combining sheer dresses with corsets has recently emerged, adopted by many global fashion houses and promoted by international stars at various events and on stages.

This was done to limit the level of sexiness, as per the miss's request. During fittings, the beauty and her stylist also calculated and anticipated situations to avoid causing offense when she appeared in public.
