Directed by Nhu Dang, known for the Bac Bling MV, ''Trom Via'' narrates a Vietnamese wedding story, from the initial family introduction to the wedding ceremony. The director takes viewers on a journey across the country, weaving in scenes of daily life, customs, and culture. This includes the lives of fishermen in central Vietnam, the traditional arts of "hat boi" (classical Vietnamese opera) and "cai luong" (reformed opera) in southern Vietnam, and the unique culinary traditions of the Mekong Delta.
''Trom Via'' was composed by Tang Nhat Tue and arranged by Luu Quang Minh. It features cheerful melodies and lyrics, with the message: ''Being a Vietnamese bride marrying a Vietnamese husband''. In the song, Vu Thuy Linh adopts a simple, approachable singing style, guided by her teacher Hoang My Ngoc. The singer aims to offer a product that preserves traditional identity while aligning with contemporary music trends.
The MV stars actors Than Thuy Ha and Lam Thanh Nha. Vu Thuy Linh shared that she cast Lam Thanh Nha as the male lead, impressed by his role in the film "Mua Do". She found his gentle and charming demeanor perfect for the shy groom character in the MV.
At the press conference for the product launch in Hanoi on 11/1, the team set up a wedding backdrop for guest photos and arranged the traditional "be trap" (wedding offering procession) display for the main characters. People's Artist Thuy Huong, dressed in "quan ho" (Vietnamese folk music) attire, portrayed the mother of "bride" Vu Thuy Linh in support of the singer.

Vu Thuy Linh was trained in classical vocal music. In 2024, she released her debut album ''To Dong Thanh Thot'', which blended four folk genres – xam, quan ho Bac Ninh, cheo, and chau van – with a symphony orchestra. The singer revealed that after years of classical vocal training, she struggled to find her distinct voice until she delved into folk music. This led Vu Thuy Linh to pursue a fresh artistic direction. However, before embracing new trends, she initiated a project to deeply understand and express her love for Vietnam's core cultural heritage. The experience gained from ''To Dong Thanh Thot'' allowed her to work more efficiently on ''Trom Via'' .
The 27-year-old singer graduated in music pedagogy from the Military University of Culture and Arts and earned a Master's in music teaching theory and methodology from the Central University of Arts Education. The success of ''To Dong Thanh Thot'' led to opportunities, including an opening performance at the Hozo International Music Festival and a speaking engagement for the ''Cat Canh'' program.
