Kha Lau was a guest at Phuong My Chi's Lo Co concert on the evening of 10/1. The Chinese singer became close with Phuong My Chi after they both participated in Sing! Asia in 2025. On stage, they performed a duet of 'Tuy am', which differed from the mashup of 'Luc hai vi vuong' they had previously performed in the semi-finals.
During the performance, the two singers connected cultures as Kha Lau sang a line of Chinese opera. Phuong My Chi sang a Vong co (traditional Vietnamese folk song) line from the cai luong (Vietnamese traditional opera) piece 'Tieng trong Me Linh', evoking the heroic image of general Tran Trac: "But alas, my grand aspirations remain unfulfilled, and the path between life and death is coldly separated by sorrowful clouds." Each time they sang or harmonized, 3,000 audience members joined in or cheered, creating a vibrant atmosphere.
My Chi taught Kha Lau some Vietnamese phrases, such as how to introduce herself and ask, "Cac ban co khoe khong?" (How are you all?). When fans repeatedly called her name, the Chinese singer continuously said, "Cam on" (thank you).
