On 13/1, director Phuong Dien first shared a series of behind-the-scenes photos he took in 2006, featuring Tang Thanh Ha (right), Kim Hien, and other actors from "Huong Phu Sa" (directed by Vo Tan Binh), a once-hit TV series. Looking back at the photos, Tang Thanh Ha said she fondly recalled many memories from two decades ago.

Tang Thanh Ha was then loved for her natural beauty. She played Ut Nho, born into a family specializing in boat building. Her elderly, ailing father could no longer continue the work, entrusting the family business to his children. Ut Nho was determined to revive the family's declining legacy.

Phuong Dien stated that he and Tang Thanh Ha, along with other actors, created the photo series for a Lunar New Year calendar. Beyond his directing work, he enjoys photography, often capturing portraits of colleagues outside of filming hours. All the pictures were taken with a film camera; he recently digitized them for easier preservation.

Two decades later, each actor has taken a different path. Tang Thanh Ha married in 2012, gradually withdrawing from showbiz to support her husband's family business. Quoc Thai married in 2017, rarely sharing details about his family life. He continues his acting passion, recently appearing in director Phuong Dien's 2025 film "Me Bien".
Kim Hien played Ut Rang, Ut Nho's younger sister, a straightforward girl who loved her sister but was impulsive. Though initially close, the two sisters gradually developed conflicts when they both fell in love with the same man. Before "Huong Phu Sa", they had acted together in "Doc Tinh".
