In an interview with Byrdie magazine on 6/8, the Hollywood star shared that she has never used fillers or undergone any cosmetic procedures. "I have wrinkles and I'm excited about natural aging. I'm curious to see what will happen," she said.

The mother of one acknowledges that perfect health isn't always attainable. "The point is to have a roadmap for living your most radiant life, while also being able to stray a bit and then come back," she explained. "We can always strive for perfection, but I always return to my vegan diet."

Several top athletes and celebrities also advocate for the benefits of veganism. Football player Justin Fields shared with Business Insider in 2022 that he went vegan after a 28-day cleanse with his family. "The biggest change is that I feel much lighter and more agile," Fields said.
F1 driver Lewis Hamilton said in 2023 that he proved his critics wrong by winning multiple championships on a vegan diet, despite concerns about protein intake. "I've been more consistent than ever. So, just proving everyone wrong," Hamilton affirmed.
A vegan diet primarily consists of plant-based foods such as vegetables, beans, whole grains, nuts, and seeds. There are various variations, some of which still include small amounts of animal products like eggs, dairy, or fish.
Research indicates that a vegan diet can help reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes. Eating plenty of fiber can also improve gut health and support weight loss. A 2021 study by the University of Naples found that a vegan diet rich in olive oil and tomatoes can help reduce the risk of heart disease.
However, those following a vegan diet need to pay special attention to supplementing nutrients like vitamin B12, commonly found in animal products.
