There is no scientific research in medical literature that proves consuming carp gall bladder can nourish, strengthen the immune system, or enhance male physiological functions. Conversely, carp gall bladder contains the toxin 5α cyprinol, which causes liver and kidney damage. This substance is highly stable; its toxicity is not destroyed even when cooked. Numerous cases have seen people hospitalized with severe abdominal pain, excessive vomiting, diarrhea, and jaundice after consuming raw carp gall bladder or eating cooked fish or fish soup where the gall bladder ruptured.
Carp gall bladder poisoning can cause acute renal failure, hepatitis, and even lead to death if not treated promptly. Therefore, men experiencing sexual dysfunction should consult a reputable medical facility for accurate diagnosis and timely treatment.

Human papillomavirus (HPV) is a virus that causes warts in humans and is transmitted through sexual intercourse or direct contact with infected skin or mucous membranes. Rarer transmission routes include mother-to-child during childbirth or indirectly through sharing personal items contaminated with virus-containing secretions.
HPV infection is a common worldwide condition. Therefore, people should understand the correct transmission routes to prevent it. Unverified folk remedies, such as consuming carp gall bladder, should not be used. Safe sexual practices, using personal items exclusively, maintaining a balanced diet, regular exercise, practicing good hygiene, and avoiding prolonged stress will help reduce the risk of virus transmission. Additionally, HPV vaccines are currently available in Vietnam.
Specifically, the Gardasil vaccine prevents four types (6, 11, 16, and 18) and is intended for females aged 9-26. Females aged 9 to under 14 receive two doses, 6-12 months apart, while those aged 14-26 receive three doses within 6 months.
The Gardasil 9 vaccine prevents nine types (6, 11, 16, 18, 31, 33, 45, 52, and 58) and is available for both males and females aged 9-45. Children aged 9 to under 15 receive two doses, 6-12 months apart, while individuals aged 15-45 receive three doses within 6 months.
Vaccines must be administered on schedule and with the full dosage to achieve optimal effectiveness.
