Currently, many types of private area perfumes for both men and women are advertised to create fragrance, stimulate, and increase libido. Some products contain nitrate derivatives, a substance used in medicine for vasodilation, which then affects the senses and supports pleasure.
However, the private area is inherently sensitive, and improper use can cause allergies, dermatitis, and infections. Unregulated products or overuse can easily lead to libido disorders, erectile dysfunction, and even sexual accidents. Furthermore, stimulating libido without using safe practices increases the risk of sexually transmitted infections such as gonorrhea, syphilis, HIV, genital warts, and hepatitis B.

Sexual desire is influenced by many factors: physical, psychological, partner dynamics, and personal perception. To improve it, men should maintain a healthy diet, exercise regularly, avoid stress, late nights, and overwork, and effectively manage underlying health conditions. Essential steps include cleaning the private area with clean water, thoroughly cleaning under the foreskin, scrotum, and base of the penis, wearing breathable clothing, changing underwear frequently, maintaining healthy relationships, and using safe practices during intercourse.
Furthermore, vaccination against sexually transmitted diseases is also very important. Hepatitis B is easily transmitted through sexual contact, blood, and from mother to child. Vietnam currently offers single vaccines and combination vaccines that also protect against hepatitis A, with an efficacy of up to 95%. Adults need to complete three doses within six months and receive booster shots when antibody levels decline.
The HPV vaccine helps prevent diseases caused by the HPV virus in men, including genital warts, oropharyngeal cancer, and genital cancer. Vietnam currently has two types of HPV vaccines: Gardasil, which protects against four types (6, 11, 16, 18), and Gardasil 9, which protects against nine types (6, 11, 16, 18, 31, 33, 45, 52, and 58). Gardasil 9 is administered to both males and females aged 9-45, offering over 90% protective efficacy. At 26 years old, you should receive the Gardasil 9 HPV vaccine, with a schedule of three doses within six months. Even if already infected with HPV, vaccination is still recommended to protect against other virus types.
