Cynosure Lutronic (US) researched and developed the XERF (eXperience Exponential Radio Frequency) device as the medical aesthetics industry increasingly moves toward high-tech, non-invasive procedures with a focus on user experience.
The device uses a dual-polar RF system with two frequencies, 6.78 MHz and 2 MHz, allowing energy to affect multiple layers from the epidermis and dermis to the deeper layers. Dual frequencies of 6.78 MHz and 2 MHz: simultaneously affecting three skin layers (epidermis, dermis, and deeper layers), helping to lift and firm without affecting tissue volume.
Proprietary Wave Fit pulse: automatically adjusts energy according to skin thickness and condition, increasing safety and effectiveness for each individual.
ICD cooling technology: continuously controls temperature during pulse emission, maintaining comfort and minimizing the risk of burns. The temperature affecting the skin tissue ranges from 45-60°C, while the skin surface is kept below 45°C thanks to the cooling mechanism. The system also integrates a thermal sensor that automatically shuts off when the safe threshold is exceeded.
Four specialized web tips: distribute energy evenly and stably, avoiding heat concentration at the tip edges, supporting lifting and improving natural smoothness and firmness.
