Dual-polar XERF technology supports non-invasive skin rejuvenation

XERF, a dual-polar RF device manufactured by Cynosure Lutronic, is expected to launch in the Vietnamese market at the end of September, supporting non-invasive skin rejuvenation.

Cynosure Lutronic (US) researched and developed the XERF (eXperience Exponential Radio Frequency) device as the medical aesthetics industry increasingly moves toward high-tech, non-invasive procedures with a focus on user experience.

The device uses a dual-polar RF system with two frequencies, 6.78 MHz and 2 MHz, allowing energy to affect multiple layers from the epidermis and dermis to the deeper layers. This mechanism stimulates collagen production, improves firmness, lifts, and smooths the skin naturally, without requiring downtime.

According to a representative of the manufacturer, XERF precisely controls energy temperature, causing no pain or stinging sensations, making it suitable for busy individuals or those with sensitive skin who are afraid of pain.

The core technologies of XERF include:

Dual frequencies of 6.78 MHz and 2 MHz: simultaneously affecting three skin layers (epidermis, dermis, and deeper layers), helping to lift and firm without affecting tissue volume.

Proprietary Wave Fit pulse: automatically adjusts energy according to skin thickness and condition, increasing safety and effectiveness for each individual.

ICD cooling technology: continuously controls temperature during pulse emission, maintaining comfort and minimizing the risk of burns. The temperature affecting the skin tissue ranges from 45-60°C, while the skin surface is kept below 45°C thanks to the cooling mechanism. The system also integrates a thermal sensor that automatically shuts off when the safe threshold is exceeded.

Four specialized web tips: distribute energy evenly and stably, avoiding heat concentration at the tip edges, supporting lifting and improving natural smoothness and firmness.

In a competitive aesthetic market that emphasizes the non-invasive experience, XERF aims to redefine the concept of "painless skin rejuvenation without downtime." It is approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

"With technology from Cynosure Lutronic and the partnership of Inamed, the device provides dermatologists and aestheticians in Vietnam with a new treatment option, meeting the increasing demand for beauty," said a representative of the manufacturer.

Cynosure Lutronic is a major US brand, supplying devices such as PicoSure Pro, DermaV, UltraMD, and many other specialized solutions. In Vietnam, Inamed is the distributor of XERF and other technologies.
