14 other passengers suffered minor injuries to their heads, shoulders, arms, and legs. After initial treatment and care, doctors confirmed their conditions were stable. Nine individuals chose to return to their home provinces for further treatment on the same afternoon, while the remaining five were discharged today, according to a representative from Ky Anh Regional General Hospital.
Around 2:10 a.m. on 25/7, a sleeper bus registered in Da Nang and driven by Le Ngoc Thanh, 36, from Thanh Hoa province, was traveling north to south on National Highway 1 with over 30 passengers. Upon reaching the Dong Trinh neighborhood in Song Tri ward (formerly Ky Anh town), the bus suffered a tire blowout, collided with a roadside marker, and overturned onto its left side.
