Specifically, Long Chau will work with the University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital's technology team to develop and apply AI in healthcare to improve treatment adherence, promote healthy lifestyles, and optimize medical effectiveness. Management and operational staff will undergo specialized AI training, creating a stepping stone for smart healthcare that is more comprehensive and convenient for people.
In addition to technology, the partnership also focuses on human resources. Doctors and experts from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital will coordinate with Long Chau to organize a series of specialized training programs for medical councils, doctors, nurses, and pharmacists. "This is an important step to standardize capacity, ensure the well-being of people, and realize the goal of becoming an 'extension' of the medical industry in community healthcare," representatives from both sides said.
With the principle of "people-centeredness," the two entities will continue to implement charitable activities, focusing on vulnerable people and communities in remote areas. Free mobile medical examination and treatment trips will take place across provinces and cities nationwide, contributing to strengthening disease prevention, early screening, and improving community health.

With a long-term vision, Long Chau will expand its journey of sharing through the Charity Mobile Clinic program, delivering health gifts along with other meaningful events. "These activities not only carry humanitarian significance but also contribute to connecting the community and building social trust in a sustainable healthcare ecosystem," a representative said.
Another highlight is the establishment of a direct hotline between the hospital and Long Chau's 2,240 pharmacies and 190 vaccination centers, thereby supporting people in various medical emergencies if they occur in or near the business's locations.
The two sides also agreed to expand international cooperation, creating a bridge for professional sharing between domestic medical staff and major hospitals and medical universities in the region and the world. The goal is to help Vietnamese people easily access medical advances and enjoy equitable and modern healthcare services like those in developed countries.
