The Transparency Alliance initiative, launched by the Long Chau pharmacy chain, includes more than 20 leading domestic and international partners working together to promote safety and integrity in the healthcare industry. Tri Khang Pharma, an importer of European healthcare brands, is one of the key companies participating in this initiative with Long Chau.
At the signing ceremony, Tri Khang Pharma showcased prominent European pharmaceutical brands, all tested, safe, and meeting transparent traceability standards.

For example, Marial Gel (Italy), which helps with acid reflux, is patented in Europe and safe for pregnant women and children. Otosan (Italy), an ear, nose, and throat product line available in over 50 countries, is used in many specialized medical facilities.
All products distributed by Tri Khang have publicly disclosed records, independent testing, and are widely available throughout the Long Chau system, as well as in hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies nationwide.
"We believe transparency is not just a requirement, but the foundation for building lasting trust. Partnering with Long Chau in this alliance is part of Tri Khang's long-term commitment to quality, responsibility, and consumer trust," a company representative said.
Besides Tri Khang, the alliance gathers reputable brands such as: VE Pharma Vietnam, the distributor of Vitabiotics (UK), Brauer (Australia), Nature's Way (Australia), Fixderma (USA), Nutrimax (Slovenia), Tue Linh, NutriNest, Livespo, Cospharm, and others.
At the event, a Long Chau representative emphasized: "We are not just signing, but taking action. The Transparency Alliance is a promise put into concrete action throughout the entire system."
With over 2,222 pharmacies, 18,000 professional pharmacists, and the trust of 28 million Vietnamese customers and families, Long Chau is not only the largest pharmacy chain in the country, but also proactively leads the market towards transparency, standards, and sustainability.
The Transparency Alliance initiative is the next step in a series of systematic actions by Long Chau, following its collaboration with the National Institute for Food Control (Ministry of Health), and the "Transparent Origin - For a Healthy Vietnam" campaign from April of this year.
Accordingly, at Long Chau pharmacies, customers can directly look up test records, quality documents, and product origins.
"In the journey of building consumer trust, the Transparency Alliance is a collective effort, where businesses join hands to create a more responsible, transparent, and reliable market," said a Long Chau representative.
As an active member, Tri Khang Pharma continues its commitment to working with Long Chau and partners to spread the values of transparency and integrity for the health of the Vietnamese community.
