The 2025 Asian Hospital Management (AHM) Conference, held in Ho Chi Minh City, attracted 399 projects from 140 hospitals across 14 countries. This year's theme was "Quality, Experience, and Leadership in Healthcare: Integrate - Inspire - Innovate". The "Allergy-Immunology Patient Management" project by Vinmec Times City's Clinical Allergy-Immunology Center was recognized among hundreds of initiatives.
Led by Associate Professor, Doctor Nguyen Van Dinh, the team implemented GA2LEN protocols (ADCARE and UCARE) and an integrated practice unit (IPU) model, combined with standardized, patient-centered assessment tools to ensure patients receive early diagnosis and systematic treatment. Within two years, 83% of atopic dermatitis patients showed improvement in their POEM scores, and 82% of chronic urticaria patients achieved a UCT score of 12 or higher (good level).

The center has participated in activities such as the "Joining Hands to Protect the Blue Sky" seminar and the "Environment and Respiratory Allergy Diseases" week, offering free allergen testing. These activities aim to raise awareness and prevent respiratory allergies amid rising air pollution and climate change.
This is the first time a Vietnamese healthcare facility has been honored in this category. Vinmec's allergy-immunology initiatives aim to enhance treatment effectiveness and patient care quality.
At the same conference, Le Thuy Anh, former CEO (currently Chairwoman of Vinmec Healthcare System), received the "Hospital CEO of the Year" award. Ms. Thuy Anh has implemented innovative healthcare management models in Vietnam, including specialty-based system management and the Service Line model.
