According to the investigation, on the afternoon of 14/12/2025, Khanh rode his motorbike to Mo Duc commune to visit friends and consumed alcohol. That evening, on his way home, as he passed a roundabout in Nghia Hanh commune, a task force from Duc Pho Traffic Police Station - Area 4 stopped him for an alcohol test.
Due to the violation, Khanh received a citation, and his motorbike was impounded. The young man admitted his fault and signed the report.
However, about 25 minutes later, after the task force had moved the vehicle into the impound area and continued their patrol, Khanh returned. He secretly broke into the impound lot, took his motorbike, and hid it at home.
Upon receiving the report, Nghia Hanh Commune Police launched an investigation. They recovered the stolen motorbike and clarified Khanh's actions for legal processing.
Police advise citizens to strictly comply with traffic regulations. Any act of encroaching on property managed by state agencies will face severe penalties.
