According to the investigation, yesterday afternoon, the woman, dressed in a jean jacket and helmet, approached a jewelry counter in the basement of An Dong Market. She feigned interest as a customer, continuously checking her phone.
When the shop owner was busy with another customer, she quickly grabbed a white gold bracelet valued at approximately 160 million VND and fled.
Upon receiving the report, investigators reviewed surveillance footage and identified potential locations. By 6 p.m. that day, An Dong Ward Police, collaborating with the Criminal Police Department, raided a hotel in An Lac ward (formerly Binh Tan District), apprehending the suspect.

She also confessed to committing a similar theft earlier that same morning at a gold shop in An Lac ward.
The investigation is ongoing.
