The "Pioneer in insurance product innovation" title marks Generali Vietnam's 10th year participating in the Golden Dragon program. Nguyen Phuong Anh, Chief Executive Officer of Generali Vietnam, stated that Vietnam is a key market for Generali in the Asia region. During its 15 years in Vietnam, the company has remained steadfast in its long-term investment commitment, enhancing operational capabilities, and developing comprehensive protection solutions to deliver tangible value to customers and the community. This year's Golden Dragon program award is a meaningful recognition of that journey.
Nguyen Dac Khoa, Senior Director and Head of Insurance Solutions at Generali Vietnam, commented that the "Pioneer in insurance product innovation" title is a significant acknowledgment of Generali Vietnam's ongoing efforts to continuously improve its product portfolio and enhance customer experience. "The award motivates us to continue investing in solution design capabilities, technology application, and human development to deliver long-term value to our customers and the community," he said.
Product investment is a strategic pillar to enhance customer experience and build solutions tailored to each life stage. From 2025 to early 2026, Generali Vietnam launched 11 new-generation products to complete its insurance ecosystem, making it simpler and more flexible. Among these, the universal life insurance product VITA - Ngay mai vung chac (Secure Tomorrow) is designed with three benefit groups: long-term protection, accumulation with bonuses, and flexible premium selection to suit financial needs.
When combined with supplementary products such as the personal health insurance VITA - Suc Khoe Vang (Golden Health), VITA - Suc Khoe Kim Cuong 2025 (Diamond Health 2025), or the hospitalization support insurance 2025 VITA - An Tam Nhu Y (Peace of Mind as Desired), customers can extend protection benefits for themselves and their families.
In early 2026, the company continued to introduce the unit-linked insurance product VITA - Dau Tu Thinh Vuong (Prosperous Investment), which combines protection, accumulation, and investment. The product allows customers to increase their sum assured at milestones such as marriage, childbirth, or a child's school transition without health underwriting, with a maximum increase of 50% and a limit of one billion dong from the second policy year. On the investment side, customers can allocate assets into unit-linked funds managed by Dragon Capital and VinaCapital, depending on their financial goals and risk appetite.
Generali Vietnam announced it would continue investing in technology, its digital ecosystem, and consulting quality to optimize customer experience at all touchpoints. The company also implements various community activities, aligning with its sustainable development strategy and its goal of becoming a "Lifetime Partner" for every Vietnamese family.
