Launched in 2020, MB designed this platform as a miniature social network dedicated to humanitarian activities. Users can create fundraising campaigns, track contributions with an automated reconciliation mechanism, and receive real-time updates. Information about donations, recipient addresses, and result reports are publicly displayed.

MB stated that from 2021-2025, the platform has recorded over 7,750 campaigns supporting communities. These include aid for disaster-stricken areas, underprivileged students, patients in need, vulnerable groups, and environmental protection programs. Over 2 million user accounts, along with approximately 2,000 organizations and individual fundraisers have participated, contributing a total of nearly 2,000 billion VND. On average, a donation is made every 25 seconds.
The system is currently used by many large organizations: the Central Relief Committee, the Vietnam Red Cross, the National Volunteer Center, the Central Fund for the Poor, the Vietnam Children's Fund, and the Fund for Disabled Children. Some campaigns are also run by individuals, such as the founders of the projects "Nuoi em" and "Nhu chua he co cuoc chia ly".
In addition to fundraising, the platform also digitizes thousands of hardship cases on a digital map. This allows users to easily search for addresses in need, track cash flow, disbursement times, and view accompanying images and reports.
Several national-scale programs have made a significant impact. For example, the "65 Years of Vietnam - Cuba Friendship" campaign reached its target of 65 billion VND after only two days, later surpassing 400 billion VND. MB confirmed the entire amount was transferred transparently, as requested by the Vietnam Red Cross, coinciding with Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel Bermudez's official visit to Vietnam.
Another campaign, "HiGreen Truong Sa xanh" with the message "Millions of green milestones - The foundation of belief", attracted over 60,000 organizations and individuals. After more than 4 months, the campaign raised nearly 75 billion VND, with over 70,000 donations.
Thanks to its contributions to the community, MB's Philanthropy platform has been nominated for the 2025 World Summit Awards, an international platform honoring digital initiatives with social impact that contribute to the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals.

An MB representative attributed the platform's success to the bank's digital ecosystem. MB currently has nearly 33 million customers regularly using the MBBank app, with over 98% of transactions conducted entirely online. This allows philanthropic campaigns to easily reach and spread quickly within the community.
"We aim to develop the Philanthropy platform into a digital infrastructure for social security, international cooperation, and promoting sustainable development goals in the future," the MB representative said.
