Erik ten Hag fired after just two matches

Bayer Leverkusen has dismissed Erik ten Hag after only two official matches, making him the third former Man Utd manager to lose their job in a week.

According to Bild and Sky Sports, Leverkusen's board made the decision on 31/8 and informed ten Hag on the morning of 1/9. He officially signed a contract until 2027 on 1/7 but was let go after only two months. This is the quickest dismissal in Bundesliga managerial history.
