Herbalife hosts meet-and-greet with Vietnam national football teams

Herbalife independent members and employees met with players from the men's, women's, and U22 national football teams in a program coordinated with the Vietnam Football Federation.

Herbalife Vietnam and the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) co-hosted an event in late May for their national football teams during their training session in Hanoi. Continuing the tradition of previous meet-and-greets, Herbalife Vietnam representatives chatted with the players, presented them with flowers, and took commemorative photos.

Herbalife also provided science-backed nutrition products to support the players' strength and endurance before, during, and after training. These included Herbalife24 Rebuild Strength chocolate, Herbalife24 Hydrate orange, Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix, and Formula 2 Multivitamin Complex.

Vu Van Thang, general manager of Herbalife Vietnam and Cambodia, stated that these events are part of Herbalife's long-term partnership with the VFF. The company aims to contribute through product sponsorship, financial support, and sharing expertise in nutrition and sports.

"We believe that with a scientific nutritional regimen, regular training, combined with encouragement from the community, the players will be well-prepared to achieve high performance in upcoming tournaments," Thang said.

This was the first time all three national teams participated in a joint training session. The session focused on improving physical fitness, tactical skills, and team spirit to prepare them for major tournaments in 2025.

Herbalife has been a partner of the VFF since 2021. The company has also partnered with the Vietnam Olympic Committee (VOC) and the Vietnam Paralympic Committee (VPC) since 2012. In addition to sponsoring athletes and sports organizations, Herbalife organizes community sports events to promote an active lifestyle. Since 2021, the company has been the official nutrition sponsor for major marathons like the VnExpress Marathon, Tien Phong Marathon, and Vietnam International Half Marathon.
