On the evening of 14/2 at Weserstadion, Kane opened the scoring from the penalty spot, marking his 100th career penalty goal. Minutes later, the English striker doubled the lead with a diagonal shot from outside the box, scoring his 500th career goal.
Kane stated he was only informed of these milestones after the match. "It is a proud achievement," the 32-year-old striker said. "500 goals represents a journey of effort and sacrifice. But as always, my focus is on the next goal. The most important thing today was the win and keeping a clean sheet."

With 26 goals in 22 Bundesliga matches, Kane's performance mirrors Robert Lewandowski's at the same point in the 2020-2021 season. That season, the Polish forward scored 41 goals, breaking Gerd Muller's nearly half-century-old record of 40 goals.
When asked about the possibility of breaking Lewandowski's record, Kane stated: "Anything can happen, but there is still a long way to go to reach such a remarkable record. I am in strong form and happy to score again today."
Similarly, coach Vincent Kompany expressed caution. "Titles are more important than personal records. Kane always works for the team. For me, the priority is the championship," the Belgian coach said.
The brace against Werder Bremen allowed Kane to join the group of players who have reached 500 career goals, alongside Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, and Robert Lewandowski. These 500 goals were scored for Tottenham (280 goals), Bayern (126), Millwall (9), Leyton Orient (5), Leicester (two), and the England national team (78). The English striker's career debut goal was scored at age 17, while playing for Leyton Orient in the English third division in 2011.
Exclusively in Europe's two major leagues, the Premier League and Bundesliga, Kane has reached 300 goals. The English forward also has 71 goals in UEFA club competitions, a tally among the highest in history.
Yesterday's opening goal against Bremen was Kane's 9th penalty of the season. In Bayern's history, only legend Paul Breitner scored more penalties in a Bundesliga season (10 goals in 1981). Overall, Kane has converted all 23 of his Bundesliga penalties.
Kane currently has 41 goals in 35 appearances across all competitions for Bayern this season, making him the first player in Europe's top five leagues to reach the 40-goal mark.
