On September 12, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., young athletes participating in the Kun Marathon can collect their race kits at Song Hau Park in Can Tho City. From 1 p.m. to 6 p.m., runners in the main VnExpress Marathon Can Tho can pick up their kits and explore the exhibition area. The official press conference for the marathon will be held at the Muong Thanh Luxury Can Tho Hotel at 2:30 p.m. on the same day.

The Kun Marathon begins at 6 a.m. on September 13 at Song Hau Park. Runners in the VnExpress Marathon can collect their race kits and visit the exhibition area from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. After this time, runners will not be able to receive their bibs or access the course.

The expo features a variety of products, from running apparel and accessories to drinks and supplements. Race day, September 14, starts at 1 a.m. with the baggage check opening for all distances. The 42km race begins at 2:30 a.m., the 21km at 3:30 a.m., the 10km at 4:30 a.m., and the 5km at 5:30 a.m., all from Song Hau Park. Runners should arrive at least 30 minutes before their start time for check-in, warm-up, and to avoid missing their race.

Baggage check for the 5km to 21km races closes at 7:30 a.m., while the 42km baggage check closes at 9:30 a.m. on Lac Long Quan Street in Binh Thuy District. Shuttle buses will be available to transport 42km runners from the finish line back to the starting point.

The awards ceremony will take place at 10 a.m. on September 14 at the Muong Thanh Luxury Can Tho Hotel. Top finishers who receive tags upon completion should bring their national ID card or passport to the referee booth for verification before the ceremony. This event concludes the 2025 VnExpress Marathon Can Tho.

In addition to following the schedule, runners are advised to book local transportation in advance, as Can Tho's city center tends to be crowded on weekends. Public transportation is recommended to avoid traffic congestion.

The area near Song Hau Park and Ninh Kieu Wharf offers various hotels and homestays, but early booking is crucial to secure accommodations. While local cuisine is diverse, runners should choose easily digestible meals and avoid trying new foods before race day.
