From mid-August, SCTV will broadcast live the first round of the new Laliga EA Sports season on SCTV15, SCTV17, and SCTV22. Some notable matches include Real Madrid versus Osasuna, marking coach Xabi Alonso's debut; Barcelona visiting Mallorca; and Athletic Bilbao facing Sevilla.

Besides the matches themselves, the 2025/26 season is expected to attract fans with the arrival of players like defender Trent Alexander-Arnold in new colors and young talent Lamine Yamal, who takes over Barcelona's number 10 shirt.
Along with the matches, the pre-game show Hola Liga has been revamped with a new set, longer runtime (60 minutes), and interactive elements. The show airs at 8 p.m. every Friday on SCTV15, featuring minigames and live Q&A with viewers.
Domestically, the 2025 HDBank National Futsal Cup will take place from 3/8 to 12/8 at the Lanh Binh Thang Gymnasium (TP HCM). This year, the tournament is being held earlier to allow the Vietnam national futsal team to prepare for the 2026 Asian qualifiers.

Eight teams are divided into two groups for a round-robin stage. Thai Son Nam will begin their title defense against opponents like Sahako and Saigon FC. All matches will be broadcast live on SCTV sports channels.
