More than 200 runners join western pacific group in community run

These participants included representatives from management agencies, business associations, customers, partners, and Western Pacific Group employees.

Western Pacific Group aims to organize a series of activities embodying the spirit of connection and shared social responsibility. Accordingly, more than 200 runners, including representatives from management agencies, business associations, customers, partners, and Western Pacific Group employees, participated in the Run for Children 2026 (RFC2026) race.

Nguyen Dinh Quang, deputy general director of Western Pacific Group, emphasized the significance of the event in his opening speech. He noted that 20 years marks a special milestone for the group, prompting a desire to reflect on achievements and create opportunities for collaborators to generate additional community value. "Run for Children 2026 was organized as a connecting point for employees, customers, partners, businesses, and the local community on a single track, spreading the spirit of sharing and social responsibility", he stated.

Participants included Western Pacific Group employees, representatives from management agencies, customers, partners such as BIDV, VietinBank, VIB, and the local community.

The running route was one of the elements conveying Western Pacific Group's two-decade message: "20 years of steady progress - Empowering the future". The event culminated in the "Empowering the Future" scholarship ceremony, attended by local leaders, supporting organizations, athletes, parents, and students. Representatives from Western Pacific Group and Tam Giang commune People's Committee awarded scholarships to 49 outstanding students. These contributions aim to encourage students to continue their efforts, persevere in their studies, and strive for a brighter future.

Nguyen Quang Sam, chairman of Tam Giang commune People's Committee, affirmed the event's broader purpose. "This is not a race for individual achievement, but a journey of love and responsibility towards the community", he shared.
