The Visa VMC Fall 2026 grand final is set for 17/10 at AEON Mall Tan Phu Celadon, TP HCM, featuring Noob Team against the dominant Saigon Phantom. Saigon Phantom enters the championship match with an impressive 26-game winning streak and 12 consecutive match victories in the tournament. Noob Team, making its first appearance in a VMC system final, aims to upset the reigning champions and claim the title. The winning team will receive 250 million VND and secure a coveted slot in the MLBB Championship Tour SEA (MCT SEA), a regional tournament leading to the M8 World Championship.

Saigon Phantom has demonstrated unparalleled dominance throughout the Visa VMC Fall 2026. In the group stage, the team achieved a perfect record, winning all 10 matches and securing 20 game wins against opponents such as ANTGAMER, Noob Team, Tranquillizer, WINX, and Sweet Revenge across two rounds of encounters. This commanding form continued into the playoffs, where Saigon Phantom successively defeated WINX and Noob Team with identical 3-0 scores. As the current VMC Spring 2026 champion, Saigon Phantom is poised to make history by becoming the first team to win both VMC seasons in the same year if they triumph in this final.

Key players have fueled Saigon Phantom's success. Nguyen "Joww" Van To Do and Pham "GNART" Ngoc Trang have been standout performers, earning three and two MVP awards respectively in the playoffs. The team's roster was further bolstered during the pre-playoff transfer window with the addition of Lam "Hehehehehehe" Van Dat in the mid-lane and Vo "HHN" Tan Lam.

Noob Team's path to the grand final has been challenging. The team finished the group stage in second place with 6 wins and 4 losses. In the playoffs, they defeated Tranquillizer 3-1 in the winners' bracket semifinals but then suffered a 0-3 loss to Saigon Phantom in the match for a direct grand final spot. Dropping to the losers' bracket, Noob Team once again defeated Tranquillizer 3-1 to secure the remaining championship berth, setting up a rematch against Saigon Phantom just one week after their previous encounter.

To overcome the formidable Saigon Phantom, Noob Team will rely on 19-year-old player Le "MaxNB" Huynh Duc, who leads the MVP statistics in the playoffs with four awards and is expected to be a difference-maker. However, Noob Team needs cohesive coordination, fewer mistakes, and effective utilization of opportunities. The best-of-7 format demands higher consistency, requiring teams to win four games instead of three, as in previous rounds. This is Noob Team's first appearance in a VMC system grand final, while their opponents are accustomed to this high-pressure environment.
