The 30th Nagakawa Cup Bac Ninh Radio and Television Newspaper cross-country race took place on 8/3, attracting thousands of athletes.

The event, held on 8/3, drew over 8,000 participants. These included officials, soldiers, students, employees from various departments, and residents across Bac Ninh province. Organizers stated that after many years, the race has become a familiar spring sports tradition in the area. It attracts professional, semi-professional, and amateur athletes, promoting physical activity within the community. The event also supports the Olympic Run for Public Health Day initiative.

This year marks the 30th season of the race, which commemorates the 80th anniversary of Vietnam Sports Day (27/3/1946-27/3/2026) and the 95th anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (26/3/1932-26/3/2026). Thousands of participants came from various groups, including students, women's unions, farmers' associations, elderly associations, officials, and soldiers from units across the province.

The race emphasizes connection, social interaction, and health improvement rather than strict professional requirements.

Nagakawa Group continues its role as the main sponsor of the race. Nguyen Thi Huyen Thuong, General Director of Nagakawa, stated that sponsoring community sports activities encourages healthy lifestyles and strengthens the bond between the business and the local community.

Nagakawa Group (stock code: NAG) was established in 2002 and listed on HNX in 2009. It operates in refrigeration, home appliances, and kitchen equipment. The company has been recognized for five consecutive years among Vietnam's Top 50 excellent growth businesses and Top 500 largest businesses. Nagakawa actively pursues digital and green transformation initiatives, and its involvement in community sports aligns with its sustainable development strategy.
