The VnExpress Marathon All-Star, held on 8/2, brought together a roster of elite domestic and international runners.

In the 42km distance, Hoang Nguyen Thanh claimed victory with a time of 02:19:45 following a dramatic chase. In the women's category, Hong Le dominated the course, finishing solo in 02:38:06. Her performance set a new national record, surpassing the previous mark of 02:39:49 held by Nguyen Thi Oanh.

The 21km race saw Kenyan athlete Kenedy Njogu take the men's title, running solo to finish in 01:06:24. For the women's 21km event, Doan Thu Hang secured a comfortable victory with a time of 01:22:12.
