Huynh Thi My Tien (Dong Nai) is known as the “hurdles hot girl” for her beauty and lightning-fast hurdling. Besides her achievements, My Tien also attracts attention with her tall figure, nearly 1.7 m, slim waist, and six-pack abs.
At the recent National Athletics Championships in Da Nang, she won the gold medal by 1% of a second, faster than Bui Nguyen (Army). A day later, she spent time swimming in Da Nang and shared relaxing moments on her social media.
My Tien was born in 1999 in Vinh Long and was once banned from competing for two years for leaving her locality against regulations. Since 2023, she has been competing for Dong Nai. At the 32nd SEA Games in Cambodia, the hurdles hot girl won a gold medal with a time of 13.50 seconds.

Nguyen Thi Van (Da Nang) competed in the 20 km walk at the 2025 National Championships. Ha Thi Thuy Hang (Phu Tho) just won the national silver medal in the long jump with 6.37 m. Previously, the girl born in 2006 won gold medals at the Thong Nhat Speed Cup in 2022 and 2023, and a gold medal at the Southeast Asian Youth Games.
Thuy Hang has been passionate about long jump since childhood, and through training, she has quickly improved her performance. This athlete's biggest dream is to compete for Vietnam at the SEA Games.

Nguyen Thi Huong (Ha Noi) won the gold medal in the triple jump with 13.73 meters. “I am very happy to have achieved my goal. This is a good opportunity for me to confidently aim for the SEA Games later this year”, she said.
The 24-year-old athlete won a bronze medal in the triple jump at the 32nd SEA Games in Cambodia with a result of 13.46 meters. At the 2023 Asian Games, Huong achieved 13.68 meters to win a historic bronze medal for Vietnam in this event.

Nguyen Thanh Giang (Hai Phong) is considered the "iron rose" when competing in the grueling heptathlon. She just won a gold medal, breaking the national record with a total score of 5481 in Da Nang.
Thanh Giang was born into a family without a sporting tradition. She initially pursued long jump and once beat ASIAD champion Bui Thi Thao with a distance of 6.39 meters to become the national champion. She then switched to the heptathlon, winning the national gold medal in 2024 with 5338 points. After that achievement, Thanh Giang struggled with persistent injuries in her adductor and heel.
She sees the victory in Da Nang as motivation to aim for a medal at the 33rd SEA Games, after finishing 4th in the 31st and 32nd SEA Games.

Hoang Thi Minh Hanh (482 - Ha Noi) excels in middle-distance and mixed relay races. At the recent National Championships, she won five gold medals, one silver medal, and broke a national record in the 4x200m relay.
Born in 1999, Minh Hanh started athletics in 8th grade. From 2016, she began participating in international competitions, winning a silver medal in the 4x400m relay at the Asian Junior Championships. In 2023, she and the Vietnamese team won the gold medal in the 4x400m relay at the 32nd SEA Games. Also in 2023, at the Asian Championships, she and her teammates won another gold medal with a time of 3 minutes 32.36 seconds.
In 2024, Minh Hanh and the national team set a new national record at the Asian Relay Championships with a time of 3 minutes 30.81 seconds, surpassing the previous record set in 2015.

Nguyen Khanh Ly (Da Nang) competed in three events in one day at the National Championships: the women's 800m, the 3000m steeplechase, and the 4x800m relay. Despite not winning any gold medals, she was happy to win one silver and two bronze medals.
Ly was born in 2003 into a family with three sisters in Vinh Linh, Quang Tri. As children, all three loved volleyball, but none pursued it professionally. Ly left her family at the age of 13 to go to Da Nang to compete in athletics.
After the tournament, she celebrated her 22nd birthday and prepared to participate in the team relay competition in Quang Ngai next week, followed by the 21 km race at the VnExpress Marathon Nha Trang on 24/8.

Bui Thi Thu Ha (Thanh Hoa) competed in both the 5000m and 10,000m events, winning bronze medals in both at the 2025 National Championships. Discovered for her talent while participating in local running competitions as a student, Thu Ha joined the national youth athletics team in 2016 at the age of 13. By 2023, she started competing for the national team, specializing in the 5000m and 10,000m distances.
After nearly ten years competing at various national team levels, Thu Ha has amassed an impressive collection of achievements, including two gold medals in the youth 5km, one silver medal in the national 5km, and one bronze medal in the marathon at the National Marathon and Long Distance Championships organized by Tien Phong Newspaper, two bronze medals at the National Championships, one gold medal, and 4 silver medals at the national youth level.
Thu Ha is also a familiar face in domestic amateur running events. She was the runner-up in the women's 42 km VnExpress Marathon Hai Phong 2023 (2 hours 48 minutes) and has won the 21 km race at the VnExpress Hanoi Midnight 2023, Techcombank Hanoi Marathon 2024, and VPBank International Marathon 2024. Besides athletics, Thu Ha also enjoys playing tennis.

Nguyen Pham Hoai Yen (Da Nang) won the gold medal at the 2025 National Championships by successfully clearing the 3.9m bar.
Hoai Yen started as a high jumper, her athletic talent discovered in secondary school, and developed through city-level Hue Khoe Phu Dong competitions and youth athletics events. When her coaches introduced her to pole vaulting, the athlete, born in 2001, quickly adapted and achieved high results. At the 2020 National Championships, she won a silver medal with a height of 3.6 m.
In addition to pursuing elite sports, Hoai Yen is also studying Tourism & Travel Management at Duy Tan University in Da Nang. Her biggest dream is to become a tour guide, to travel to many places, and introduce visitors to the beautiful landscapes and historical sites of her homeland.

Born in Y Yen, Nam Dinh (formerly), the girl born in 2002 gradually matured and achieved much glory with her coach Nguyen Thi Thanh Xuan, winning gold medals at the 31st and 32nd SEA Games.
