Ahead of the decisive matches at the LCP 2025 in Da Nang, Team Secret Whales (TSW) support player Taki and coach Naul discussed their Taiwanese rivals, CFO and PSG Talon. Taki noted prior encounters with both teams in international competitions. However, this time, competing on home turf, he believes TSW has a significant morale boost.

According to Taki, the two Taiwanese teams share a similar style, boasting strong individual skills and control-oriented gameplay. Naul elaborated on their tactical analysis, stating that both teams excel at punishing mistakes and suffocating opponents with a slow pace. Despite these similarities, their habits, strategies, and rosters differ.
Naul observed that CFO's two top laners provide tactical flexibility, complemented by a stable jungler, Junjia. PSG Talon plays at an even slower pace, emphasizing calculated plays due to their veteran roster. CFO often employs unpredictable strategies, catching opponents off guard, while PSG Talon focuses on controlling the game's flow, preventing any counterattacks or aggressive pushes.

Both TSW members consider their home advantage in Da Nang a major asset. Naul emphasized the crowd's support as a morale booster for the younger players. However, he acknowledged the pressure of playing on a large stage for the first time could challenge TSW's relatively inexperienced roster.
TSW must first defeat PSG Talon in the lower bracket final to face CFO in the grand final for the LCP 2025 championship. With the aggressive playstyle characteristic of the VCS region, the Vietnamese team aims to dictate the pace from the start, rather than being drawn into the controlled game favored by their Taiwanese opponents.
