Due to the impact of Typhoon No. 5, Ha Tinh province experienced widespread power outages. Numerous medium and low voltage power lines and transformer stations were damaged, and fallen trees blocked power lines, affecting the grid. According to the Northern Power Corporation (NPC), over 1.6 million customers lost power due to the typhoon.
