The ministry of education will soon revise regulations on extra classes in circular 29 to align with the two-tiered government model, according to deputy minister Pham Ngoc Thuong.
Receiving 20-30 complaints daily about errors, the ministry of education deems them "unavoidable" but "fewer than last year thanks to thorough preparation".
