Duong Huu Tri has been sentenced to death for stabbing a police officer, throwing boiling water, setting fire to a vehicle, and injuring two others when asked to undergo a routine drug test.
Pham Van Truong is accused of joining others in causing a disturbance outside the Gia Minh Drug Rehabilitation Center and slashing a police officer's hand.
