Vingroup inaugurated the National Exhibition Center and broke ground on a series of infrastructure, industrial, and urban projects in six provinces and cities on 19/8.
Prime minister Pham Minh Chinh believes many projects launched on 19/8 will become new symbols, admired worldwide, and create cultural spaces for the public.
The Ministry of Construction has reviewed and compiled a list of over 250 major projects nationwide that are ready for groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies around August 19th.
